Toilet Roll Postal Money Box

Make these Postbox Money Boxes


In an effort to save, I have more or less stopped buying electronically and resorted to giving myself 'pocket money' - for the day to day stuff.

The result of that is having bunches of coins around the place.

Make these Post Boxes to hold your coins in. Dedicate them for a specific purpose, like your birthday or that new laptop you're after!

Art and Craft Supplies
Toilet Rolls
Red Paint
Paintbrush
Foam meat / vege trays
Beads (optional)
Scissors
Black Marker
Glue

Cardboard tubes


Method

Paint tubes red

...painted...


Add detail with the black marker

...detail with a marker...


Cut circles from the foam trays for the base of the postbox
Cut smaller circles from the foam trays for the top of the postbox
Glue tubes to bases and tops
Glue a bead on the top of the postbox to finish it off
