Method

Cut a length of ribbon and loop around the index finger as shown.

Loop the ribbon around the middle finger.

Put the left side ribbon end under the two pieces of ribbon between the fingers.

Bring the same piece of ribbon over the top and pull both ribbon ends to define the loops of the bow.

Make a knot with the ribbon ends to secure the bow loops in place.
